The entrants can submit their Ideas That Work in 3 new categories – Positive Change: Environmental, David vs. Goliath and Media, Entertainment & Leisure – and participate in the seminar on crafting high-quality cases!
The number 13 will prove to be lucky for the most effective marketing efforts at the 13th edition of Effie Awards Croatia, the preeminent marketing initiative in Croatia that celebrates the interrelation between marketing activity and market results. Effie Entry System is officially open for entries!
The products of the communications industry can be seen everywhere, making marketing effectiveness a top priority. As the industry grows and moves forwards, so does Effie Awards Croatia. This year the competition boasts a new and improved entry form, updated based on the entrants’ feedback, introduces new categories to suit the interests of the ever-evolving market, and offers the entrants a special seminar dedicated to creating high-quality cases.
The Positive Change: Environmental category showcases how effective marketing communications that incorporate sustainable strategies can make a positive difference for the brand and the environment; David vs. Goliath is an award for smaller, new and emerging brands that are making inroads against big, established leaders; the Media, Entertainment & Leisure category will celebrate media companies that effectively promoted all forms of entertainment, including broadcasters, magazines, newspapers, websites, leisure consumer or trade media, radio and television stations. Media companies are thus emancipated from the existing Miscellaneous category, while the Positive Change category this year combines brands and non-profit organizations.
The competition is open to all projects and campaigns that ran between 1 September 2020 and 31 January 2022 in Croatia. Considering the importance of adequate preparation for entry submission, the entrants are recommended to examine the Entry System as soon as possible to make their entry the highest quality possible. There are three entry deadlines: early entry deadline (10 January 2022), regular entry deadline (20 January 2022) and late entry deadline (1 February 2022).
