BalCannes, the leading regional platform spotlighting world-class creativity from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia, kicks off a new season with a fully refreshed concept and a stack of meaningful updates. The competition still gathers the region’s best projects and puts them in front of the industry’s sharpest audience, so the strongest ideas and executions get the visibility they deserve. The structure stays iconic: three juries — Agency, Advertiser and Media, bringing three distinct angles.

New this year: work will also be judged by channel and not only by market categories. Best in Channel celebrates projects delivered across formats like video, print, outdoor, audio, packaging and digital. It lets BalCannes evaluate standout ideas, single executions or integrated systems, with precision and spotlights the work that raises the bar in specific media and communication contexts.

Track III. Best Branding & Rebranding focuses on Branding and Rebranding as a distinct strategic and creative challenge worthy of deeper expert evaluation.
- Branding honors projects that build and shape a brand identity for a product, new service or organization.
- Rebranding celebrates the creation and rollout of a refreshed identity for an existing product, service or organization.

I. IV. Best of Positive Change expands with new categories, Environment & Sustainability, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Well-being, Education & Empowerment, Community & Culture, and introduces a new top honor, the Impact Prix, awarded to the highest-scoring project in the group. It celebrates real societal impact and the raw power of creativity to move the world forward.
