January is officially dedicated to MIXX. IAB Croatia is launching a new edition of its IAB Discovery series and putting the spotlight on the competition that rewards real digital results — MIXX Awards Croatia powered by Admixer Media.

Theme: How to win MIXX (and what winning actually means).
IAB Discovery is a continuous format that dissects one relevant digital topic each month, offering expert insights, real cases and access to people who actually know what they’re doing. The mission is simple: accelerate the development of the digital economy in Croatia and eliminate guesswork.

This edition focuses on MIXX, the awards program recognizing the strongest digital campaigns, tools and solutions. It rewards creativity, innovation and measurable performance. So You Want to Win MIXX? is the central event of the month, bringing three perspectives that actually shape a win: entrants, clients and the jury.
Program includes:
• Why We’re Here: Intro by Dunja Ivana Ballon (HURA, IAB Croatia & Dani Komunikacija) – framing the event and the working group’s activities.
• How MIXX Works: Rules & Categories: Eva Trstenjak (Head of Awards, HURA & IAB Croatia) and Nebojša Grbačić (Cvoke, Jury President) walk through rulebook updates and categories to make submissions easier (or at least less painful).
• Winners Circle: How We Won: Former winners break down their MIXX wins without romanticizing: Saša Škorić (Njuškalo), Dražen Smaranduj (Think Say Make Do), Brigita Krog (Imago Ogilvy), Barbara Tadić (404) and Katarina Exle (Cvoke).
• Why Clients Care: What MIXX actually means for campaign success, from the client side: Nela Fegić Moguljak (Imago Ogilvy), Tamara Karagity (INA), Marina Marinčič (Kaufland) and Petra Velijević (Telegram).
• The Jury Room: Behind Closed Doors: What really happens at the jury table — this year’s jurors explain: Lucija Potočnik (Studio Sonda), Đuro Korać (Nivas), Ana Marija Malić (Ured za ideje), Iva Obrovac (Rokkin Marketing) and Domagoj Davidović (MinusMinus Agency).
