From glass ceilings to digital frontiers, women are active architects of change — challenging the status quo and reshaping industry norms with their unique voices and visions. But there is still a need for a call to action: to amplify marginalized voices, dismantle systemic barriers, and champion a more inclusive future for all. Through case studies, personal anecdotes, and collaborative brainstorming, we want to uncover actionable strategies and best practices for fostering environments where every voice is not only heard but celebrated. We can do it by looking through the prism of the Woman.Comm initiative, a platform that aims to empower female voices in the communications industry, because there are some interesting insights to be gained and answers to the question: what can we do better?
Join our panelists to unpack the historical hurdles and future prospects of communication, with a special focus on the experiences, triumphs, and ongoing struggles of women within its ranks, with Manuela Šola (General Manager, Komunikacijski laboratorij, HURA and IAB Croatia Member — CRO), Marina Bolanča (CEO, Abeceda komunikacije, HURA and IAB Croatia Member — CRO) and Ivona Jurilj (Country Manager, Degordian BH — BIH), who will be discussing the transformative power of diverse perspectives moderated by Irena Miličević Vukoja (CEO Prefix, No Limit BH Advertising Festival & Founder Woman.Comm Club — BIH).
