Amidst crisis, creativity mixed with technology can change lives – this is why the first ever online winners announcement of the Croatian communications industry took place, where the spotlight was given to the best of the digital industry whose projects of the previous year stood out from the rest.
On 16 April the national and regional audience enjoyed the MIXX Awards winners announcement, which didn’t take place in Rovinj this year, but on a live stream – because creativity must go on despite the difficult circumstances. Pipi and Imago Ogilvy celebrated remotely – their Spomenik neisklesanom tijelu project won in the Best in Show category at this year’s MIXX Awards.
MIXX is a competition which awards the best digital campaigns per IAB international licence. Beside the Best in Show category, 11 winners of the following categories were also announced: Brand Awareness Campaign, Cross Media Integration Campaign, Direct Response and Lead Generation, Best Website, Best Mobile App, Best Branded Content, Best Media Strategy, Best Search, Best Tech&innovation, Best Social and Best Publisher Long-Form Native.
Wiener osiguranje and Degordian received the award for their ‘UHO – Utočište Hrabrih Online’ project in the Brand Awareness Campaign category.
Vegeta and Izone are the winners in the Cross Media Integration Campaign category with their ‘Vegeta 60 godina’ project.
Bluesun Hotels & Resorts and Httpool were recognized in the Direct Response and Lead Generation category for their ‘Croatia Calling’ project.
Human and their ‘Human website’ project won in the Best Website category.
Winners of the Best Mobile App category are A1 and Bruketa&Žinić&Grey with their ‘A1 Lappsus’ project.
Labud and Inspiracija digital were proclaimed winners in the Best Branded Content category for their ‘Čarli „Moj najbolji prijatelj“’ project.
The award for Best Media Strategy went to Wolt and iProspect, a division of Dentsu Aegis Network for their ‘Yearly User Acquisition Campaign’ project.
Winners of the Best Search category are Wiener Osiguranje and Degordian with their ‘Wiener Osiguranje – Search kampanja 2019./2020’ project.
A1 and Bruketa&Žinić&Grey won for their ‘A1 Lappsus’ project in the Best Tech&Innovation category.
Ledo and 404 were awarded in the Best Social category for their ‘Slatke riječi’ project.
Udruga Nismo same and 24sata were named the best in the Best Publisher Long-Form Native category for their ‘#pinkypromiss’ project.
